Our patented NovoStream™ process was designed from the bottom up to exceed the ASTM 6751 specification for biodiesel. We follow and surpass the quality control guidelines set forth by National Biodiesel Board's BQ-9000 program by applying Statistical Process Control as established by the well known Western Electric Rules. We also monitor and control contaminants not covered by the ASTM specification, including mono- and di-glycerides. The fuel produced at any of our plants typically has one third the contaminant level as prescribed by the ASTM specification. At BioFuelBox we are constantly innovating to improve product quality.

The NovoStream process produces fuel continuously, unlike a conventional batch reactor, which allows us to schedule pickups reliably and predictably. Our distributed production model allows us to save on transportation costs by both producing and distributing fuel in local markets, subsequently passing those savings on to our customers.

Benefits of BioFuelBox Biodiesel

In addition to the known benefits of biodiesel, including reduced engine wear, biodiesel from BioFuelBox has the lowest Carbon Intensity (think low-carbon footprint) of any automotive fuel. In fact, the Carbon Intensity, as measured by the California Air Resource Board and the EPA, is 85% lower than standard diesel and half of Soy based biodiesel.
