BioFuelBox's NovoStream™ process is designed to effectively remove fats, oils and greases (FOG) from waste streams - directly processing waste FOG from municipal wastewater, wastewater scum, industrial food processing, waste traps, and more. The NovoStream process can even handle contaminated and watery waste greases - anything up to 100% free fatty acid content. With this capability, BioFuelBox partners can recycle lipid material into an advanced biodiesel that is fully ASTM compliant for on-road transportation.

Turning Waste Greases and More Into Local Fuel Supply

BioFuelBox enables localized energy production from locally generated waste by co-locating our skid-mounted biorefinery at the waste generator. The biorefinery is compact and modular, allowing for rapid installation and easy scalability.

The NovoStream process can use the broadest range of feedstocks to produce biodiesel that is guaranteed to meet or exceed ASTM standards. These feedstocks include but are not limited to:
